Guidance Gurus is led by Shweta Grewal, an accomplished Career Counsellor and International Education Advisor with over a decade of experience guiding students and families toward informed academic and professional decisions.

Shweta holds a master’s degree in psychology, an MBA, and is a Certified Global Career Counsellor from UCLA, California. As a trained Special Educator, she brings a deep understanding of student psychology, diverse learning needs, and holistic development to her counselling practice. Her approach blends empathy with structure, ensuring every student receives personalized, strategic guidance aligned with their strengths and long-term aspirations.

Her expertise includes career planning, university admissions strategy, profile building, SOP and LOR development, and comprehensive study abroad advisory across leading destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
